Seiko have inhouse mechanical watches within your price range . And believe me they are not cheap rubbish . Seiko make mechanical calibers that are tried and tested to work for years without problems . And they are just as good ,and maybe much better than a swiss cheap caliber watch . Seiko are one of the best caliber makers in the world . And in my opinion you get more watch for the money by picking Seiko . Willy
