FRAUD WARNING!!!!
Fellow Paneristi. Because of my love for the Panerai brand, I took a chance, got careless, was naive and stupid.
And it may have cost me $4150!!
With this warning I hope that I can save other fellow Paneristi from making the same apparent mistake and hopefully help them keep their money.
BE VERY CAREFUL IF YOU INTEND TO BUY FROM OR DEAL WITH INGVAR MARTINSON/IGOR PROVERENOV!!!
They used another name as well when I was dealing with them as well.
From the start he seem very real and professional. I talked to him on the phone many times, received e-mails with addresses, bank accounts and phone numbers as well as privately taken pictures of the PAM 170 that I thought I was going to buy.
Watch out. I know that he has several other “watches” for sale on forums around the net, amongst others some Breitling watches, a PAM 45 and a Tag Heuer Mercedes SLR limited edition watch.

So guys and Paneristi: BE ALERT OUT THERE !!
I hope that my apparent loss won’t be all in vain and that this warning will help other to save their money and deal more safely.
It looks as though I was naive and stupid to fall for it but it seems that I did and it may well have cost me $4150.
Don’t make the same possible mistake and be very very careful if you deal with anyone from Latvia/Riga.
