I know who it is , and i have this message for him .
Everybody knows you are a nice and very helpfull guy . But stop taking watches in for repair , when you know you cannot deliver what you are telling your customers . It is treating your customers with disrespect to do this . Instead send them to another watchmaker who can deliver their watch back to them in for a reasonable time . You do not deserve to get a bad reputation because you are very good at what you do . But unless you show more respect for your customers this will happen . Willy
