The AP Offshore is overpriced when you consider it is one of the most useless watches ever made . I like the Royal Oak because it is a beautifull classic sport dress watch , that created a new trend in the watch industry .
But ask yourself what is the Offshore besides a to big dress watch . It is in my world the ultimate look at how much money i have watch . That is why every self respecting Rapper or Football player has to have one . Calling this thing a sports watch is a joke . All those highly polished edges are just waiting for you to make hacks in them . And having a finely and delicate finished caliber in a so called sport utility watch is also a joke . Most people i know who have had this watch did not keep it for a long time. They were afraid of getting hacks in it . They did make a dive model , that no one in their right mind would use for this purpose unless they took a dive in their bath tub . There are so many limited editions that it has become a joke in the watch industry . They also make them in Rubber or carbon fiber or ceramic or any other exotic material you can name even those not yet invented . The result is that for about 100-250000 dkr or more you get a watch that is uglier than a Casio G Shock and is not as tough . One watch critic descibed one Offshore model as looking like a robot took a dump on a Tortoise . The Offshore is in my book the ugliest dress watch ever made , and definitely not worth the money
