Price falling?

As anyone noticed a price fall in used watches.I look at watches for sale everyday world wide and i cannot see a fall in prices.But at the same time i can see that dealers are not moving so many watches.Maybe dealers and privat sellers should learn from the estate market.I mean house prices are falling. Why is this not happening in the watch market? anyone got a theory about this? Willy
