Your CWC looks in to be in very good condition.I owned the later model for a time.
I was issued with a MS during my time in the Far East.On the Ships they were
issued sometimes for Diving,but had to be returned to the stores after use.
The CWC watches were never popular,and most used their own watches
when the MS were no longer issued.To be honest they were very badly
made,they looked like they were hacked out with a hammer and chisel
Many military personal bought their own Rolex Subs in Hong Kong,and
in reality the ordinary Sub was the watch all members of Special forces
relied on for many years,nothing really replaced it for many years.
It was a real pleasure to read your review,it was one of the best i have
read for many years on this site.
